I find the new program in my program.

The Global variable in main function and in the interrupt function..There will be a phenomenon，the Global variable value is Special value ，which is not in the expected range.

CPU RAM FLASH test dont find the errors.

}

And interrupt function

switch (Curr_Sta)
{
case 0:
if(ecmpEnableWdg()) Curr_Sta++; ;
ecmpLockRegisters();
break;
case 1:
if(ecmpLeaveDiagnosticState()) Curr_Sta++;
break;
default:
break;
}

Curr_Sta is the global variable

run a few time the curr_sta value is big value,but dont run the Curr_Sta ++

I think the Curr_Sta needs to be reset to 0 some where is main() or ISR.
