MCU with RTP (RAM Trace Port) or HTM (AMBA AHB Trace Macrocell)

Hello,

I’m looking for an MCU based on ARM Cortex-M3 with one (or both) of following features:

I couldn’t find any.

Could anyone recommend an MCU that meets these requirements? Or with other technologies that allow us to look into the state of the buses of the MCU?

I'm not familiar with either of those features, and I'm not aware of them being offer on any MSP430.

Is this a safety application? After doing some googling, the only TI MCUs that I can find that offer this feature are the TMS570xx from our Hercules Functional Safety MCUs. https://www.ti.com/microcontrollers/hercules-safety-mcus/overview.html
