Guys,

I want to run some code in QEMU emulating this board, and I need the demo software that originaly came with the KIT for the EVB.

Does anybody have the software to share it with me?

Hi,

I'm not sure which demo software you are referring to? Is it some type of LED blinking example? We are not supporting this product anymore. The LM3S6965 is no longer recommended for new design. Please use the Tiva family of MCU for replacement. For detail. please visit this website.

Hello,

the only reason I am using it is that it is the biggest(256k flash) board supported by QEMU in the cortex-m area, it is not my first choice.

I need to create an ethernet with TCP application on it to have it communicate with the external world.

Do you have any ethernet demo application for this device?

Hi,

We have the TM4C129 MCU as the replacement. This MCU has the on-chip Ethernet MAC and PHY. We have several Ethernet examples in the TivaWare (as opposed to the old StellarisWare) that you can use for reference. Please download TivaWare from https://www.ti.com/tool/SW-TM4C. Once you download, the examples can be found under <TivaWare_Installation>/examples/boards/ek-tm4c1294xl. The examples that you can use are enet_io, enet_lwip, enet_tcpecho_server.

So basicaly, ignore my problem and do nothing?

I explained, that I MUST use it(LM3S6965), I am not looking for anything new.

If you do not have the evb board examples, then please do not reply anymore.

I found the StellarisWare installer for LM3S6965. I place it in the TI drive.

It took a while to find the installer as I never worked on this device and the device is in NRND status. In any case, Hope you find everything you need.
