CCS/TMS570LS3137: Unable to flash microcontroller

Hi Team,

I am unable to flash the program to the micro controller using CCS. Below is the screenshot attached from CCS console. Please provide us the solution to fix this error.

Hello,

Sorry you are having some trouble. Have you double checked your configuration file to make sure it is setup for the LS3137? if the ECC is generated by the Linker CMD file, please uncheck "ECC Auto Generation" in On-Chip Flash setting in CCS.

Also, have you tried programming with the Uniflash tool (as another reference point since they should use similar methodologies)?

I tried everything as you suggested but still I am getting the same error.

Is there any chance that the micro-controller is corrupted or locked? if yes, how to recover it?

Hi QJ,

Sorry, there was an issue with external HW circuit which prevented the micro controller from flashing.

Now, we corrected it and the able to re-flash. Please consider this issue as fixed.
