TMS570LS3137: I want to develop software ，with the uniflash

I see some people use software （develop themself），that can load some data into  cpu flash or read  data from cpu flash. which should use uniflash.

 I need to command in PC，and the command is ame as interface of uniflash operation.

where can I find it?
