CCS/TMDX570LC43HDK: UDP communication with MINIMAL_LWIP

Hi,

Im trying to make minimal version of LWIP stack without OS on TMDX570LC43HDK, where it will have simple task to send/receive data over UDP.

I have created MINIMAL_LWIP, like is writen in manual then i followed every step at this thread, but cant get to work sending data over UDP.. My project run without any error and looks like he sends data over UDP. This HDK is directly connected to PC where im trying to receive data. PC got static IP, firewalls turned off, and i see MCU in ARP list, im trying to read incoming data with wireshark, but nothing.

I have skipped step, where in etharp.c on line 917 is added else if(0) statement, because when i added it, i dont se mcu in arp list on my computer (with this modification it still not working).

Also i have tried uncomment this line.

(void)netif_add(&hdkNetIF, &ip_src, &net_mask, &gw_addr, &InstNum ,hdkif_init, ip_input);

but still without any response.

I will be glad for advice.

Hello,

We don't have LWIP UDP example. Did you make the LWIP webserver work on your setup?

Hi,

Yes, i have started with full LWIP, where is webserver included and it was working for me.

also i have find solution. after adding interrupt which are written below it start working.

 /* Enable the interrupt generation in CPSR register */
    IntMasterIRQEnable();
    _enable_FIQ();
