Is WFE strictly / only reserved for multi-processor mcus/socs, or not?
If it is supported (I mean not just the specific part number I put my question under), which TI processor manual section would this normally be specified in? By the ARM arch manual, at least one WFE event sources is Implementation Defined, which probably means implementer may chose what may send an event, say a peripheral, etc.
