CCS/TMS570LS3137: udp data bytes receiving different values.

This is what i'm getting in wireshark. The data bytes are different from what i sent. In serial terminal i'm getting the error initializing hardware, what would be the problem.The second issue is the MAC address is set in hardware, but it is not showing in the source address.

Hello Sai,

The DHCP doesn't assign IP address to your board.

Hi,

Sorry for the late response.

We configured Ethernet as Unicast and we are using UDP LwIP. Here we observed 25MHz signal in MDC, and also some sequence of data in MDIO. We used udp_send() to transmit data packet, But no data packets are observed in wireshark.

Hi Sai,

Both TCP and UDP are protocols used for sending packets to an IP address. The transmitter also needs to be assigned an IP address. If static IP is not used, DHCP is used to assign an IP address to your board.

Do you get a valid IP address from the DHCP?
