1. HALCoGen CSP: HALCoGen Compliance Support Package which was developed to provide the necessary documentation, reports and unit test capability to assist customers using HALCoGen generated software to comply with functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 and ISO 26262.

HALCoGen TAU: HALCoGen Test Automation Unit which is a tool (GUI) to generate a Dynamic Coverage Analysis Report and Regression Report for HALCoGen generated drivers to support ISO26262 and IEC61508 assessments

LDRAunit: a  integrated framework SW tool from LDRA for automating the generation and management of unit tests. 

2. The SafeTI Diagnostic Library: the APIs provided by the Diagnostic Library are recommended to be used in a system for periodic tests on the fault diagnostics.

The default compiler for LDRA test is 5.1.6, and CCS version is CCS6. Can you try the old version compiler?

hello， The version of LDRA installed on my computer is 9.4.3，and ccs version is ccs8.2.0，Could this problem be caused by inconsistent versions?

The compiler version doesn't impact the TCF file generation. I'll do test tomorrow, and comeback to you later.
