CCS/TM4C123GH6PM: Timer produces error even when configured for 32 bit values

Part Number: TM4C123GH6PM

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello, I am using timer 3 Module configured as full width periodic.

void ConfigureTimer(void)

{

unsigned long ui32Period;
//cfg timer 3a to hold 50 ms value, enable interrupt
//periodic operation so that it reloads automatically

SysCtlPeripheralEnable( SYSCTL_PERIPH_TIMER3 );
SysCtlDelay(6);
ui32Period = (740740);
TimerConfigure(TIMER3_BASE, TIMER_CFG_PERIODIC);

TimerLoadSet(TIMER3_BASE, TIMER_A, ui32Period);
TimerIntEnable(TIMER3_BASE, TIMER_TIMA_TIMEOUT);
TimerEnable(TIMER3_BASE,TIMER_A);

}

The timer works perfectly when value is set at 60000~ approximately, but when set to 740740 (50 ms delay at 14.8 mHZ Clock), there is the following error once interrupt handler runs.

FSR = 0x0004
HFSR = 0x40000000
DFSR = 0x0000000a
MMAR = 0xe000ed34
BFAR = 0xe000ed38
AFSR = 0x00000000
Terminating execution...

What could be the problem here? I have configured timer for full width periodic as indicated in multiple examples.

Even in the TivaWare Library, the timer load set (only use Timer A for full width) is set correctly. It appears that the only problem is with timer load set, because when it is set lower (30-60,000) timer works.

Any guidance would be great!
