Hello everyone,
I have a custom board with TMS570LS1224, and am unable to download any firmware to it.
When trying to debug with XDS110, I get the error: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @0x0) Unable to access device register.
When probed with the scope, I can see the clock being generated and some date being sent through TMS line, however, nothing is generated back on TDO line.
I have also tried to use cJTAG in 2-wire mode, however I get the same error.
I have tried to download basic firmware (LED-blink generated by HALCoGen) to the other instance of the same custom board, however, I get the same error.
I have also tried using Segger J-Link debugger also to no avail (JTAG times out)
Attached is a segment of the schematic of the custom board that was designed. TMS, TDO, TDI, and TCK with nTRST go directly to the JTAG connector.
