We had try to use the PWMSYNC register for resetting counter, but it occurs randomly by oscilloscope measurement.

May I know how does it work of PWMSYNC register?

    The operation of the PWMSYNC register is very straightforward. 

    So I suspect there is more going on in your code. Would you please provide a more complete description of the problem. If possible, create a small project that demonstrates the issue and use the Code Composer Studio "File"->"Export" function to create a .zip of your project and attach it to this thread.
