environment ： TMS470MF06607

configuration： LBIST CLK = 40MHZ       interval num = 5    STC run form the last executed interval

TMS470MF06607 datasheet note：No debugger interaction is possible with the cpu during LBIST

Problem： How debug LBIST ?

    There is no easy solution. I can confirm that the statement is true. In debug mode, we halt the CPU. LBIST test is destructive to any information stored in CPU. All the breakpoints and other stuff will be lost after LBIST test.
