MSP432P401R: Working fine on debug mode but not powering up after power cycle

Part Number: MSP432P401R

Simple led toggle program is loaded on MSP432P401r, Which is working fine on the time of programming (on Debug mode of CCS8), but after power cycle the code is not loading and led is not blinking. The same code is worked on the launchpad but not in the board. After power cycle of the board vcore voltage comes down tio zero after an initial rise to 1.2v.
