The post you shared is regarding the EMAC_init() function but I am asking why i am not able to see the controller register in debug mode. The above post is for a different query.  I want to know why  i cant monitor controller registers in debug mode.

  I don't see a problem viewing the EMAC0 register in CCS10. So your problem is not a tool problem. See below image when I run a TI-RTOS tcpecho example.

Please note that in the Tiva MCU, each module to be used must be first enabled. If the module is not enabled, then there is no clock to the module. Without the clock, you will not be able to view the module registers in CCS. So it depends when you start to view the registers. Is it before the module is enabled or after the module is enabled. 

Why don't you first try TI-RTOS tcpEcho example? Let it run after the BIOS_start() is called by which time all the modules needed in the application are enabled and initialized. By this time, if you view the EMAC0 registers or any other module registers you should see them displayed.
