I have some question for power up sequence of MSP432E401Y.
1)
The datasheet says that VDDA have to be powered on before VDD if VDDA and VDD are separated.
I want to confirm this requirement. Is it OK if VDDA-VDD >= 0V is kept like the below figure during all power up period?
2)
While both max values of t_VDDA_RISE and t_VDD_RISE are defined as infinite, t_VDDC_RISE is defined as MIN=10usec and MAX=150usec.
But VDDC is generated by the internal LDO. If t_VDD_RISE is less than 10usec or over 150usec, t_VDDC_RISE can’t be within 10usec-150usec.
I think the t_VDDC_RISE requirement contradicts the t_VDD_RISE requirement.
What does it mean?
