In the results table of the Summary Sheet-IEC61508 of the FMEDA of the Hercules LS12x and LS11x, there are 4 columns (Die Permanent, Die Transient, Package Permanent, Overal Sum) that are attributed to the different results such as FIT, PFH, SFF, etc.
What is the column you should use to determine the SIL of that component (using your PFH in accordance with IEC61508)?
