For your requirements, do you need to have both BT classic as well as BLE?

There is a parametric list of all TI connectivity devices that support bluetooth, which can be found here:

From your requirements, I suggest the CC2640R2 or the CC2642R.

My Requirement is BLE 5.0. Please suggest MCU part with BLE.

External world:

Option 1 : Micro USB for data communication with DC jack charging adaptor.

Option 2: Type-c USB for both charging and data communication.

Hi,

For USB, you would need to look at a TUSB device of some kind.
