MSP432P401R: Vit+ for Vcc=3.3V

Hi,

I have a question from my customer.
What is Vit+ Max. value for Vcc=3.3V?
Our data sheet only provides values for Vcc=2.2V(1.65V) and Vcc=3V(2.25V).
Both are 75% of Vcc.

Vit+ for 3.3V is simply 75% of 3.3V, i.e. 2.475V?

Hi Eason,

What you answered is Absolute maximum voltage.
Customer is asking Vit+(positive-going input threshold voltage) max. when Vcc is 3.3V.
I think Vit+ is usually called Vih (input voltage high threshold) in other datasheet.

Hi Koichiro,

Sorry, for mistake.

For MS430, Vit+ max is 3.3* 0.75 = 2.475, which I have get confirm from our system. As MSP432P series is comes from MSP430, you can refer to this equation.
