MSP432E401Y: The difference between REV A and REV B silicon

Part Number: MSP432E401Y

Hi champs,

The marking on the chip my customer got show REV B, means that this is a revision B silicon.

I check Errata, the Revision History only shows this device is initial released in October 2017, no any other revision silicon. Where can I get the information, what's the difference between REV A and REV B silicon.

Please advise, thanks for your help.

Hi Luke,

I check the internal system. I can't get any version information about MSP432E401.

I can only assume the different may be the change of factory.

If your customer really want to know the difference, please let me know.

Yes, my customer want to know the difference since they are doing quality testing.
