RM48L952: Compliance tests and self-tests

Part Number: RM48L952

Hi,

When running compliance tests on RM48L952, it seems that it is not possible to execute tests on HW if certain self-tests are enabled (CPU and CCM self-tests). Is there a setting or a workaround that allow having these self-tests being enabled while CSP tests are run? If not, is it ok from compliance standpoint, to leave them disabled during CSP runs?

  • Hi,

Since CPU selftest generates a CPU reset after completion of the test, you need to run the test case from TAU again. Did you run the CPU selftest in startup.c or you add the CPU selftest to functest_selftest.h in SELFTEST folder?
