TMDX654IDKEVM: Do TI have audio/HDMI solution for AM65xx platform?

Hi Ti team

We design a AM65xx system for MFG auto testing thr EthernetIP.

Some question as below:

AM65xx default support for audio,Did Ti have audio evm borard share with us?(I2S or TDM/PCM)

We plan connect AM65xx to HDMI display.

Did Ti have any HDMI refernent design for AM65xx platform?

    Qin, 

    There is a GPMC/HDMI/DP expansion connector on the bottom of the EVM, that can be connected to an external HDMI transmitter chip. some modifications maybe needed on the base processor board the McASP also. 

    There is no daughter card available for order for this solution. so you may need to design your own daughter card, by referencing other platforms. Let me know if you like to proceed, I can send you some reference. In general you need to route the parallel port and McASP to the HDMI, then enable software driver by referencing previous devices.

    Hi Jian

    It is Great, We want to evaluate an Autotest System for MFG(Base on Ethernet IP), HDMI Display is Ok,

    DVI/VGA are also good for us if you have the reference.

    It is a great help for us if you share  HDMI or other interface design with us.

    sorry for the delayed response. There were some device tree overlay file at:

       <SDK>/board-support/linux-5.4.40+gitAUTOINC+66cf445b76-g66cf445b76/arch/arm64/boot/dts/ti/k3-am654-evm-hdmi.dtso

    for DSS and McASP pins. 

    Hardware-wise, you may reference:

    on DSS, HDMI and I2C port connectivity to the HDMI transmitter device.
