MSP432E401Y: using USB MSC with USB HUB

I am using the USB-MSC-HOST example for MSPE401Y and it is working perfectly when I insert a USB memory stick with an OTG adapter in the Launchpad micro USB port.

But when I connect the same USB stick through a USB hub  the terminal shows : Unknowh Device Class (0x00) Connected.

I have made the same modifications as in this post to enable the USB HUB driver but it does not solve the problem. 

Any idea on how to use USB MSC with USB HUB ?

    Hi, 

    It seems that the USB hub has some problems. Please check if the power supply for the hub is enough or not. If the readable device id is 0x00, it means the hub cannot transfer a correct ID and the memory stick may not work properly. You should check the hub firstly.
