TMDSEMU200-U: Firmware Update Failure

When I start a debug session using CCS 10.2 and the XDS200 emulator trying to communicate with a vc5510A, I get the following dialog box.

When I attempt to “Update” as recommended I get the following dialog box.

I have verified that only one XDS emulator attached to this computer. In addition, I have tried restarting CCS, and rebooting the computer several times without any change in the results.

Any ideas?

Hello,

In a command window, browse to:

<CCS INSTALL DIR>\ccs\ccs_base\common\uscif\xds2xx

Then run the below command:

xds2xx_conf get xds2xxu 0

What is the output of the command?

Then unplug your probe and run the command again. What is the output?

With the XDS200 connected I get...

That is what I expected (for a working environment).

Can you manually update the firmware as documented in:
