MSP-EXP432E401Y: Which port(s) are advised to load a 16 bits parallel data format at high speed into SDRAM

Part Number: MSP-EXP432E401Y

Dear Support,

We intended to use the launchpad to transport a 16 Bit data word (from a high speed ADC)  via the ethernet to  another pc.

In detail, the ADC sents 16 bits parallel data via  EPI0Sxx to SRAM in a speed of 25 MHz (or lower)  with a length of 4096 SRAM locations.

Then the SRAM data is sent out via the ethernet module to a remote PC. and the cycle starts again etc.

Question, which ports are recommande to use for a 16 BIT Parallel data format loaded into SDRAM.

Which EPI0S numbers do you advice, all those EPI0S uses different ports ( A to Q).

How can we insure that the 16 BIT are going straight into the SRAM, from LSB to MSB.

Could you provide some information on the input MUX and and ports , some have only two bits

Kind regards

Bert
