I'm testing some things and I want to know if does possible do a firmware downgrade of XDS200.

If yes, where do I find the older releases?

Hello Leonardo,

It is possible. You will need t he firmware bin file for the version you want. What version are you looking to downgrade to?

Hello Ki,

Some version dated about 2015-2016.

I need to check if new versions may be causing problems to flash PGA900 OTP memory. I choose this because the reference documents are dated on this range.

You can try firmware version 1.0.0.6, which is fairly old, before 2016.
