Hi,

I am trying to use the TM4C123GH6PM microcontroller for the motor controller application. I do not have any prior experience in coding. I want to start from the basics. I have a good understanding of C programming. How I can start? What resources I can refer to get started?

First, if you have not already done so, install Code Composer Studio and TivaWare on your system. Do you have an EK-TM4C123GXL launchpad? This is a cheap way to start development work. Use the getting started information on the web and play with the example codes in TivaWare. (try: C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295\examples\boards\ek-tm4c123gxl\blinky). You did not mention which type of motor you want to drive, but here is some information on stepper motors:

I had already had Code Composer Studio, and I will install Tivaware now. I want to drive a PMSM motor. To get started with this software where I Can find some tutorials and some sample codes?

I do not have examples of driving a PMSM with this processor. Here is a link to application notes and design guides for PMSM with other TI processors:
