You are asking for a complete system design, broadly defined, and that is not something easily handled here on E2E.  I suggest you do some research and look through the Reference Designs available to find something similar to your system requirements: https://www.ti.com/reference-designs/index.html#search?applid=120,1081 .

For example, there is a keypad Ref Design: https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-1021  and an Display Port Ref Design: https://www.ti.com/interface/fpd-link-serdes/display-serdes/reference-designs.html#search?famid=3595 , as well as many others. 

Alternatively, you could create a block diagram for this system, define the requirements of each block, post an inquiry for what you need assistance with for each block, separately. 

Perhaps one of these, and others, can at least be  starting point for your design.
