When an uncorrectable error occurs during efuse load what is the mechanism to recover from the error.
Whether uncorrectable error can lead to replacing the chip?

    Hello,

    The uncorrectable error (ESM 3.1) during the eFuse autoload sequence, the values read from the eFuses cannot be relied on. All device operation is suspect.

    You can perform the eFuse ECC logic selftest if check if any issue with thee ECC logic.
