MSP432P411V: Using Flash for data storage

Hi,

My customer is using EEPROM for data storage in the system.
They are wondering if MSP432Px internal Flash can be used for such purpose.
According to TRM, the Flash memory consists of two banks and programmable with a byte, 4-bytes, 16-bytes and burst.

Is this feasible?
Any concerns or recommendations for such usage?

Hi Tashiro-san,

You should be able to use the flash for data storage. As you know, most flash devices have a limitation in terms of how many write cycles they can support before encountering an error. This is something that should be taken into account. There is a related thread on this here:
