    Hello Furkan,

    TM4C123GH6PZT is Revision 6 of the device which has additional errata that is resolved in Revision 7.

    TM4C123GH6PZT7 is Revision 7 with a higher max temperature range, -40 to 105 C.

    TM4C123GH6PZI7 is Revision 7 with standard temperature range, -40 to 85 C.
