We are developing the security product with TMS570LS3137. The basic code is generated using Halcogen, which is enabled and uses functions such as PBIST\STC\ECC in sys_startup.c.And then in the code on the development of the driver, the application.
When we conduct safety certification (SIL3), the certifier requires the following analysis description:
1. Which self-tests need to be invoked to meet SIL3 requirements?
2. What are the restrictions on the use of the above required self-test items?(To prove that my existing code calls are qualified)
