MSP432E401Y: Ethernet not connecting

I have designed a board that uses MSP432E401Y's ethernet function. After a great deal of testing, we have noticed that it is failing to connect via ethernet. We have compared our hardware design to that of the MSP-EXP432E401Y launchpad with ethernet and have determined that the hardware is exactly the same. However, we are experiencing the same problem.

The software is probably not the issue because we are able to successfully run the software on the launchpad. Does anyone have any ideas about what could be a potential issue with the ethernet? It seems that our board is failing to shake hands with the network for some reason.

    Hello Austin,

    If you test your software on the MSP-EXP432E401Y launchpad, does it connect properly?  If so, I would agree this is likely a hardware problem.  You could start by looking for shorts or bad solder joints, possible mis-populated components, etc.  Was the board manufactured by a contract manufacturer or was this hand soldered?
