Looking for a EEPROM replacement for a old TI PROM (JBP28L22MJ)

I am looking to replace an old TI JBP28L22MJ PROM with a EEPROM but can not find any that meet the basic electrical characteristics. As long a the EE has 20 pins and can meet the basic electrical characteristics for a MJ I can make it work, I just need a TI path to go down.
