Hi Experts,
The Safety Manual mentiones the Test EPC2A "Boot Time Software Test of Error Path Reporting" and EPC2B "Periodic Software Test of Error Path Reporting" which would require the SW to test if ESM 1.4 and 2.21 get set, when a single or double bit error is injected.
When looking for a way to inject those Errors I looked at FLA11 "Flash Wrapper Diag Mode 7 Test" which tests the ECC of the CPU. As far as I understand, the execution of FLA11 will lead to correctable or uncorrectable error generation, which will signaled to the EPC. The EPC then sets ESM 1.4 and 2.21 accordingly.
(Q1) If my understanding is correct, FLA11 can used to test the Error Path of EPC?
(Q2) Does FLA11 set ESM 2.3 as well?
