Hi,

Low cost options would be XDS110 for $99 https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSEMU110-U. Another low cost debug probe is the XDS100 but TI does not sell it anymore on TI store. However, you can find third party selling the same version such as the Blackhawk XDS100v2.
