Hi,

I am using TMS320F28388D Microcontroller to interface with quadrature encoders using internal Enhanced Quadrature Encoder Pulse (eQEP) modules.
I am wondering about filtration of the encoder signal 

does the MCU filter the signal before dealing with it ? I couldn't find any related data in the datasheet.

Do I have to use filters before MCU or I can connect my encoder pins directly to MCU?
