Hello.
I am failure of the Potenza preprogrammed in DataIO verification with Uniflash v4.4 SW, the program not match at address 0x9C000.
According to the hexadecimal file in these address the values must be "A5" but the preprogramed DataIO Potenza has "FF" on these address.
But after programming these Potenza with Uniflash v4.4 software, the verification was success because now the values starting at the address “0x9C000”are "FF".
Are there special settings in the DataIO programmer or Uniflash software for match the values to “A5” starting at the address “0x9C000” as the Hex file?
Regards, Carlos Galan.
Correction: After programming these Potenza with Uniflash v4.4 software, the verification was success because now the values starting at the address “0x9C000”are "A5".
Sorry.
Carlos,
Please clarify: Are you saying that the Uniflash programmed it correctly (meaning the Uniflash programmed content matched the input hex value)? And DataIO programmed it incorrectly?
Please confirm.
Thanks and regards,
Vamsi
Yes, in the DataIO it was programmed for the first time using a binary file but the verification with the Uniflash software fails with the same file because the program does not match at address 0x9C000.
If is programmed again with Uniflash software (No DataIO) the verification passed.
I don't know why the "A5" values at address 0x9C000 and the following are not written as they come in the bin files.
Carlos,
Did you contact DataIO on this? Do you need any help in contacting DataIO to fix this?
Thanks and regards,
Vamsi
Carlos,
There is no any specific setting required. Everything in the image should be programmed by the tool - if not, it might be a bug.
Please contact them directly. If you need any help, you can approach us. I will keep this thread in pause for couple of weeks.
Thanks and regards,
Vamsi
Hello, I found the solution.
The next settings were missing in the DataIO programming task.
