If secure area includes RAM area, is there any way to input CSM passwords into the chip to unlock the chip and let Bootloader load code to RAM?

Chia-wen,

Apologies on the lack of reply, I will look into why this happened in parallel to your question.

Please take a look at this application note on serial flash loaders. There is a section in flash kernel A(chapter 4) that addresses how to unlock the CSM when using a bootloader. There should also be code examples that are referenced in C2000Ware.
