Hi all,

We are using TMS320F28388D controller for BLDC motor control.

From Motor there are 3 hall sensors output which are using for commutation.

which configuration should we use in DSP for hall sensors input(GPIO interrupt / Input Capture / GPIO polling) .

You might use the eCAP module that could be flexible for getting the time of the hall input signals.

Hi Yanmimg Luo,

Is there any reference example code for eCAP based hall sensor commutation since in control suite of TI, there are examples related to hall sensors connected as GPIO.

There is not dedicated example code for F28388 eCAP based hall sensor commutation, but you might find the eCAP examples in the folder of the C2000Ware.
