about the used part Rogowski Coil RLTI-1310, we couldn't find it available at any trusted supplier, we tried to contact Renco many times to get samples but no response from their side.

would you recommend another part number that is available or easy to get samples of.

No, with a quick search I was unable to find anything available off the shelf. These are relatively specific to the application, you may need to get a customer part.
