Hi,

The question is for TMDXCNCD28379D but it did not recognize this new part number in Part Number tab.

TMDXCNCD28379D uses an external oscillator but its value is not mentioned, below link talks about TMDSCNCD28379D so is it applicable for TMDXCNCD28379D

    Yes, it is applicable. Please refer to the design files given in the C2000ware folder.

    The TMDX version should be an earlier version of the TMDS version. 

    To answer your main question, revision 1.3 of the board uses a 20MHz crystal as the main MCU clock. Check the revision number marked on your board.
