Please answer the following:

• Did anything change in your programming setup? 
  • The PC
  • the operating system on the PC
  • the COFF file that you are attempting to program
  • any H/W changes on your board 

• Both CCS & SDFlash are failing? Have you tried Prg2xx?
• Are you able to connect to the device using CCS3.3?

              You may be aware the LF240xA devices were in NRND status for several years now. The entire toolchain for these devices is now obsolete and there is very limited support for those devices (mostly through e2e). These two 3rd parties have programming solutions for LF240xA devices:

the operating system and Windows7 32bit
the file was read with ccs 3.3
reading with ccs 3.3 is perfect
and sd flash which erases the device and does not program it
error that gives and algorithm failed
yes I connect to the device with xds510usb plus
and I read the device quietly
when I go to write the device I get an error
failed algorithm

i have not tried with c2prog
I'll do the test tomorrow

i also bought elptronic but i don't understand the SCI connection
I did not understand if I have to add the resistors that puts in the diagram or connect directly to the device

Sorry, your post is not very clear. Here is what I understood. Let me know if I am mistaken: 

You are able to connect with the device using CCS3.3 and read/save the flash contents. You are also able to Clear & Erase. However, when you attempt to use the saved file to program a new device, you get an error. You tried both CCS Flash plug-in as well as SDFlash, but you are unable to program using both utilities. Is this correct? If you have not tried Prg2xx, you could try that. It is a DOS command line-based option. You have not mentioned what JTAG debug probe you are using. Considering you tried SDFlash, it is likely you used either XDS510USB or XDS510PP+.

Also, are you trying to program new devices or old devices? If it is the latter, have you ensured that the device is unsecure?

You can indeed program the flash using SCI method, but you need to add the resistor as shown in SPRU357C.

   You are not answering all my questions. Please go through my previous posts and answer every question carefully. Did you go through the various e2e posts I had pointed you to? Please attach a screen-capture of the error message.

I have only tried it with XDS510PP+, not XDS510USB. Unfortunately, the company that developed these emulators (Spectrum Digital) is not in Business anymore. This post says "You cannot use prg2xx with XDS510 USB PLUS or XDS510 USB", so may be that combination doesn't work.
