Dear all,
I have to implement a boundary scan test for the TMS320F2812 mcu for a pcb test system.
The available bsdl file don't describe the complete jtag chain in this device.
In a note of the BSDL file of the TMS320F2812, is written that :
F281x Devices have two taps - one for the CPU and one for boundary scan.
The boundary scan IR size is 3 bits.
Does the mcu switch between these two taps depending on EMUx settings or are both taps in series?
Where can I find the BSDL description file for the cpu tap?
At the moment I can read out the idcode of the mcu, only if I add a dummy device in the chain.
The Id code for the first tap is always 0, the id code for the mcu is read out as second tap and matched with the bsdl id code.
Currently I cant set the device in extest mode.
It seams, that the tap controller stays in bypass mode and shift out the tdi data with a latency.
