LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Automatically disconnection of communication with PC

Dear All,

I'm running custom hardware with LAUNCHXL-F28069M. I'm trying to to use lab01b for custom hardware verification. The communication get lost soon after PWM get activated and i'm not able to control the process anymore.

The following error messages are shown below :

C28xx: Error: (Error -150 @ 0x0) One of the FTDI driver functions used during configuration returned a invalid status or an error. (Emulation package 9.4.0.00129)
C28xx: Unable to determine target status after 20 attempts
C28xx: Failed to remove the debug state from the target before disconnecting. There may still be breakpoint op-codes embedded in program memory. It is recommended that you reset the emulator before you connect and reload your program before you continue debugging

I tried every suggestions from previous topic, but there is no result here.

Could you give me advices ?

Did you modify the lab in any way? What kind of external connections do you have?

1. Can you please point me towards what lab this is or where you found it?

I insert the lab into CCS through the motorware directory: D:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18\sw\solutions\instaspin_foc\boards\boostxldrv8301_revB\f28x\f2806xF\projects\ccs

2. What kind of external connections do you have?

USB cable from PC to the board.

6 PWM DAC channels

7 ADC Analog channels for measurements.

3. Did you modify the lab in any way?

Yes, I modify only user_j1.h.

Can you run the lab01b with LAUNCHXL-f28069M standalone using the on-board JTAG and MCU controller without connecting it to customer board?

Actually I'm done. The solution which helped me is larger ferrite core with 5 turns on it. I'm using same usb cable(shielded) as before.

1. Can you run the lab01b with LAUNCHXL-f28069M standalone using the on-board JTAG and MCU controller without connecting it to customer board?

It's working. I can scope the PWM dac signals.
