TMS320F28379D: CCS [build-1188560735] Error

I am unable to reproduce the error. What is the version of C2000Ware that you are using? I tried to import the "spi_ex1_loopback" from the folder C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_4_00_00_00\driverlib\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\spi

I also tried the same project from C2000Ware v3.04.00.00 but was unable to reproduce the error.

The steps I did are as follows:

1. I open the following C2000Ware_3_04_00_00 project example directly with CCS.

C:\Users\skamilcelebi\Desktop\C2000Ware_3_04_00_00\driverlib\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\spi\spi_ex1_loopback

2. The project is opened with CCS and copied into workspace v11.

3. I'm moving the project file created in workspace v11 somewhere on the desktop.

4. I'm deleting the C2000Ware_3_04_00_00 folder on the desktop.

5. I reopen the project with CCS. I'm compiling the project. According to the error message I get, I define the include files for the project.

Is there any particular reason for moving the project file created to desktop and deleting the C2000Ware_3_04_00_00 folder?

It maybe referencing the "driverlib.lib" file from the C2000Ware 3_04_00_00 folder.

The reason why I moved the created project file to the desktop and deleted the C2000Ware_3_04_00_00 folder is to create the special file structure of my project. Also, C2000Ware_3_04_00_00 file size too large. And there are many files in C2000Ware_3_04_00_00 that I don't need.

I included the "driverlib.lib" file in the project. I don't think the problem is this file.

Since this is a sysconfig based project, you will need to have the sdk.json file in the project. You will also need the driverlib\.meta folder.

Why do we need the "utilities" folder in C2000Ware? I do not understand this. It's like this folder is unused.

This folder is used by Syscfg utility. If you remove this folder , you will get an error. 

Regarding the warnings, you can make sure that you are using the proper lib (COFF or ELF).
