Hi,

     When does the DCAN module send error frame？ Is it   transmit or receive fail?  And when does the DCAN Automatic Retransmission?

    Both. Any node on the bus, when it detects a violation of the CAN protocol, will start transmitting an error frame.

    Retransmission happens upon loss of arbitration when the bus is sensed idle. Retransmission also happens when the previous transmission was  unsuccessful due to errors.
