TMS320F280023-Q1: C2Prog error connecting with target "failed (no response)" using SCI boot

C2Prog is version 1.8.11-7. Bootloader obviously downloads ok, is this most likely a comms problem when you switch the baudrate up to 115200? Any way to leave the baudrate at whatever it is that the bootloader downloads at? Thank you!

Yes, it can be the higher baud that is causing it for your HW setup.
