TMS320F28384S: The debug probe reported an error.

Hello,

I am trying to run the code, But When I put the Connect Target, the following Errors shows.

C28xx_CPU1: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1135 @ 0x0) The debug probe reported an error. Confirm debug probe configuration and connections, reset the debug probe, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 9.4.0.00129)
IcePick_C_0: JTAG Communication Error

When I've checked Test Connection during Target configuration, the test connection was succed. After test connection, the mentioned problem happened.

I cannot figure out why that error happens. Any other ideas that could solve my problem? Please let me know. Thank you

This error is commonly associated with C28x devices and is usually associated with a range of hardware or firmware problems that prevent the JTAG debugger to connect to the core.
