I assume you have R5 or R6, see below.

You may need to update or reinstall C2000Ware. If you are having more issues with missing files you can ask another question on the forum. I do not see the hardware files in C2000Ware on resource explorer, but resource explorer can help if you are also missing examples from C2000Ware. see this site: https://dev.ti.com/
